  Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht
  sowie Professor an der Queen Mary University of London und der
  Universität Hamburg. Er kommt an die HfG Karlsruhe für einen Vortrag
  über Staatsräson und Kunstfreiheit.\n\nDer Vortrag ist Teil der
  fortlaufenden Veranstaltungsreihe From A Whisper to A Scream: Voices of
  Protest and Dissent\, Acts of Silencing and Models of Resistance und wird
  je nach Bedarf des Publikums auf Englisch oder Deutsch stattfinden.\nIm
  Anschluss an den Vortrag findet eine Q&A Session statt. Der Eintritt ist

  (first floor)\n\nRalf Michaels is a German legal scholar\, Director at
  the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law
  and Professor at Queen Mary University of London and the University of
  Hamburg. He will be coming to HfG Karlsruhe to give a talk on the topics
  of Staatsräson and artistic freedom.\n\nThis talk continues the ongoing
  event series From A Whisper to A Scream: Voices of Protest and Dissent\,
  Acts of Silencing and Models of Resistance and will be held in English or
  German depending on the audience.\nThe lecture will be followed by a Q&A
  session.\nEntry is free\, and there will be drinks.\n\nOrganised by the
  Department of Art Research and Media Philosophy and Community Toolkit
