DESCRIPTION:Wie halten wir Demokratie am Leben?\nIn diesem Workshop
  erkunden wir die Fähigkeiten\, die wir brauchen\, um Demokratie
  gemeinsam zu gestalten. Stellung zu beziehen und offen zuhören.
  Entscheidungen alleine und gemeinsam treffen. Wir entdecken wie es sich
  anfühlt Verantwortung zu übernehmen\, die Perspektive zu wechseln und
  mit Empathie zu handeln. Mit Hilfe von Werkzeugen aus dem
  Improvisationstheater schaffen wir Raum\, um Demokratie mit Stimme\,
  Körper und Präsenz zu erleben.\nIm Mittelpunkt sind die Werte unseres
  Grundgesetzes: Würde\, Freiheit\, Gleichheit\, Vielfalt und
  Solidarität. Nicht als Theorie\, sondern als lebendige Praxis.\nDas ist
  eine Einladung\, den Charakter der Demokratie kennenzulernen. Wir
  beobachten sie nicht\, wir verkörpern sie. Nicht nur für Wahlen. Für
  jeden Tag\, den wir zusammen leben.\n\nKeine Erfahrung mit

  this workshop we explore the skills we need to shape democracy together.
  We learn to take a stand and to listen openly. 
We practice making
  decisions alone and as a group. We discover how does it feel to take
  responsibility\, change perspective and act with empathy. Using tools
  from improvisational theatre\, we create space to experience democracy
  with voice\, body and presence.\nAt the heart are the values of our
  constitution: dignity\, freedom\, equality\, diversity\, and solidarity.
  Not as theory on paper\, but as living practice.\nThis is an invitation
  to get to know the character of democracy.
We don‘t observe it\, we
  embody it.
Not just for elections. For every day we live
