Was ist Tabata? Rhythmische Musik, 20 Sekunden high intensity Übungen, 10 Sekunden Pause. Die Übungen werden angeleitet aber du entscheidest, ob du ein sehr intensives Training, oder viele Pausen und dich einfach locker bewegen willst. Dein Körper, Dein Training.

What is Tabata? Rhythmic music, 20 seconds of high-intensity exercises, 10 seconds of rest. The exercises are guided, but you decide whether you want a very intense workout or lots of breaks and just want to move gently. Your body, your workout.
